Is ''call letter'' a must to attend counseling? -2011/06/22

Generally, the call letter would be dispatched few days ahead of the beginning of counseling. But if you didn�t get the call letter, don�t panic. Come to the counseling campus few hours before and report to the authorities about this, you will  immediately get duplicate call letter.
