| Eligibility Criteria |
The candidate should
- be admitted to M.Tech or Ph.D programmes in any of the Institutes or Universities listed in Annexure -I
- have a minimum valid GATE score of 75 percentile. (Where the GATE system is not followed, the candidates should have aminimum of 60% marks (in aggregate) at the B.Tech/M.Sc level

| Application Procedure |
- Applications in the prescribed format downloadable at http://mnes.nic.in/fellow.htm should be submitted
- Applications for Ph.D fellowships should be accompained by a 2-page research proposal/plan in Renewablw Energy or related area clearly indicating the objectives/goald and expected outcome, and its utility to the Renewablww Energy sector and the respective Departments/Centres of the concerned Institutions admitting them
