Goals are necessary to succeed in life. But, attaining such goals shouldnt become a big burden to the extent of giving mental depression.  If we desire, we can easily change this situation. This where, 'one minute goal' will help.

Since the process itself is wrong in many of the things we do, 'Goal setting' seems to be an extremely harsh word for youngsters of these days.

Hurrying towards our goal begins right from going to school or college after a hasty morning wake up, then moving through a quick gobble of swiftly prepared noodles.

After which, immediately after opening the textbook, the teacher in the school sets a new goal saying, how much marks to get?. Hastiness starts to run through the entire day.

You might wonder, what could be accomplished through this, 'one minute goal'.  To start with you can pick the scattered bits of paper;  neatly arrange the books that is strewn; arrange those things that are misplaced; find out meaning of few words from the dictionary.and many more like this.  May be these are not great accomplishment, but certainly will become the reason to accomplish bigger and greater things in the future.

The success we attain through this, 'one-minute goal' will help us to enhance focussing our mind; reduce tension; prepare you for, 'ten minute goals'.  Soon, you will be able to meticulously complete, 'ten minute goals' such as learning an answer for a question, completing small errands that your mother asks you to do.

If we are able to successfully accomplish the predetermined tasks in 15 minute, 30 minute and 1 hour duration with continuous efforts, its a positive sign that we are slowly progressing towards gates of success.

We are not top actors or wealthy people to hit the highest note immediately after we start.  Slowly, it will happen. But, certainly it will happen. We should come to an understanding of truth and come to the maturity, that, 'nothing would come to us easily; even after hard work though we may fail, but our hearts wont be shattered'.

The simple message you need to take home here is that, if you succeed good: if you fail, very good as you have made the best efforts. We need to come to the understanding that, though we run slowly or take big leaps, we keep moving forward just as a river. In the same way, our life would be very good.
